\t\tThe Management of Al-Jori
\nCo. is committed to the prevention of
\naccidents, equipments and material
\ndamage, as well as the protection of
\nhealth and environment by adhering to
\nthe following convictions:
\n\t\tThe Management of Al-Jori Co. is com\u0002mitted to the prevention of accidents, equip\u0002ments and material damage, as well as the
\nprotection of health and environment by ad\u0002hering to the following convictions:
\n\u2022 Wide-spread awareness of health, safety
\nand environmental programs.
\n\u2022 The implementation of the \u201cOn- site safety
\nrules and regulations\u201d as defined and docu\u0002mented in our safety plan.
\n\u2022 Compliance with the safety regulations as
\nstipulated in contracts.
\n\u2022 Reporting and documentation of any acci\u0002dent resulting in personal injury and\/or dam\u0002age to equipment and materials.
\n\u2022 Monthly reporting on total man-hours ver\u0002sus lost time accidents. A safety plan is pre\u0002pared accordingly to ensure strict adherence
\nto the contracts as well as fire & safety regu\u0002lations.
\nImplementing a Quality Management Sys\u0002tem (QMS) helps improve the way oper\u0002ations are run and enhances efficiency and
\nprofitability. Furthermore, it can help in over\u0002coming market barriers.
\nThe purpose of applying the Quality Man\u0002agement Procedure at Al-Jori Co. is to identify
\nthe responsibilities and to define the manage\u0002ment\u2019s innovative approach for improvement
\nin the performance of all member companies
\nof the Group.
\nThe Quality Management System document
\naddresses the requirement for Management
\nResponsibility in accordance with Al-Jori Co.
\ninternal organization. This is prepared to en\u0002sure that the elements needed to monitor con\u0002tinuous improvement on the performance of
\nthe company\u2019s Quality Management System
\nare in place and applied at all our projects by
\nstaff members who are specialized in applica\u0002tion and auditing.
